Description
Pinot Noir from Lansdowne Vineyard, fermented with half whole bunch and half destemmed fruit. Light on its feet but full of detail: bright cherry, rose-hip tea, dried herbs, pepper, blood orange and river-stone minerality, finishing with gentle refreshing tannin.
