Orders & delivery

Shipping

Domestic shipping is $20 per order. Orders are packed carefully and sent when conditions are suitable for wine in transit.

Dispatch

Orders usually dispatch within two business days. During hot weather, shipment may be held briefly to protect the wine.

Delivery times vary by location. Tracking details are sent once the order has been booked for dispatch.

Shipping is $20 per order within Australia, whether you order one bottle, a single-variety 6-pack, or a mixed 6-pack.

If anything arrives damaged, take a photo of the package and bottles, then contact us so we can sort it quickly.
